Lindquist Studio - Quincy Florida, Tobacco Barn - December 11, 2016

ROOFING CONTRACTOR NEEDED

Lindquist Studio's Tobacco Barn was built around 1930.  It measures 40' Wide x 120' Long x 30' Tall.
It is approximately 30' tall to the peak, and approximately 20 feet to the eves. The roof pitch is 6/12.
The photos below show the damage from reoccurring wind storms.
The barn is in need of roof repair.  Wood replacement is required in some areas.
Overall the structure is very good. Areas where there have been leakage, the wood has rotted.
Previous repairs to the substructure, proved inadequate.  Most lathe boards are good.
Looking for a good roofing company or team who can do the repairs.

Must be Reputable, Licensed and Insured.
